Advanced Drainage Solutions currently specialise in multi-site high traffic companies such as chain restaurants, petrol stations, office blocks, and industrial estates.

ADS have a long history (over 20 years) of working on high traffic sites, starting with busy chain restaurants across the country and one of the largest housing associations in the UK and are well versed in managing both clients and tenants of a wide range of sites from a small simple toilet right up to some of the largest works spaces in the UK.

BLOCKAGES

Advanced Drainage Solutions are capable of dealing with both small and large blockage solutions. These can range from a simple blocked toilet to a main public sewer.

At our disposal we have both the staff and equipment to manage any situation that may arise. For example, small hand-held mechanical machines for the smaller internal pipework all the way up to the latest high pressure water jetting machines to clear main sewers.

CCTV & INVESTIGATION SURVEYS

Advanced Drainage Solutions are equipped with the latest CCTV surveying equipment providing streamable video footage. We can survey any size pipe from 50mm all the way up to walk-through sewers. Benefits of this include pre-purchased surveys of properties to identify any potentially expensive unforeseen drainage problems, identification and location of hidden manholes and drain runs.

ADS are well equipped and excel in assessing and identifying assets with an unknown drainage record or history in place utilising over 20 years’ experience in working with local authorities and using hands-on work experiences to identify rectify and manage both structural issues and legal compliance.

Excavation & Repair / Re-line

Advanced Drainage Solutions specialise in the excavation and repair of underground drainage runs. In a situation where excavation is not possible, we can also provide no-dig solutions such as re-lining. In situations where no drainage is in place, ADS can design and install completely new drainage systems, including environmentally friendly treatment plants and connection to local authority sewers.

TANKER & WASTE PUMP SERVICES

Advanced Drainage Solutions have both suction and suction/jetting tanker vehicles to remove any kind of waste such as oil waste, foul waste, and surface water.

We can test, maintain and service septic tanks, sewage treatment plants, and oil interceptors, from the smallest domestic tank to the large industrial three-stage oil interceptors.

ADS are well equipped to provide in house services from the smallest paddle pump right up to the largest stations servicing entire estates.

High Level gutter cleaning

ADS specialise in the cleaning and repair of high level guttering and downpipes, utilising in house machines from single storey buildings up to 21 meters in height using our in-house cherry pickers.

Drone technology can also be utilised to inspect difficult areas of roof/guttering allowing inspection where a physical presence isn’t workable.
